A chance to sing, move, play, breathe and connect with your children and each other as Kira plays the flute and guitar.
Rhythm shakers are sterilized before and after every class.
Scarves washed after every use.

Baby classes range from 2-18 months.
Toddler classes range from 12-36 months.
Usually, nap schedules and the child's mobility determine when to stay in baby or move to toddler.

*I lay out tarps but it's always nice to have a blanket to lay over it.*

Music and Mindfulness with Kira
Music and Mindfullness is a chance to breathe, stretch and make music using Yoga Mantras geared towards young children and their families.
Drumming, dancing and breathwork are all a part of this rejuvinating class.
